quickontrip is a mobile application that offers several types of tourist products. It enables access to information describing individual tourist spots, experiences, events, accommodation, cuisine and information about providers. These Terms of Service govern and explain the use of the application for an individual user.
By using the quickontrip application not only you would be offered with an intuitive search for information, but also the possibility of planning trips, weekly information about ideas for a weekend break, the possibility of hiring a private guide and making reservations. The application is free for users.
By agreeing to the Terms, you confirm that by using our services, you allow us to show you products that we think would be relevant to you and your interests. We do not market your personal data or share information that directly identifies you. We provide advertisers with reports on the performance of their ads, which help them understand how people use their content.
The service we provide
Our mission is to give people the fastest access to ideas for quality leisure, day trip or weekend getaway and access to rich current offers in the area throughout Slovenia and its surroundings. We offer and enable you to have experiences in all four tourist regions of Slovenia; Alpine, Mediterranean – Karst, Central Slovenia and thermal – Pannonian.
In order to provide a quality service, we follow the good practices listed below.
The user of the quickontrip mobile application is any legal or natural person who accesses and reviews the content for their own purposes. The user does not need to register to access the content. By installing the quickontrip mobile app, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below, including the privacy statement. They are intended for your personal, non-commercial use subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Terms and conditions may change from time to time.
Pušnik M, d. o. o. is a limited liability company operating under the laws of Slovenia and registered at Mariborska ulica 33, 2310 Slovenska Bistrica in Slovenia. quickontrip is a website and a mobile application through which the Company provides access to the services. It owns, controls or hosts the website and the app. The service refers to various tourist products and services that the provider enables you to order, acquire, procure, buy, pay, rent, supply, reserve, combine or use.
The user of the advertising space is a provider of tourist services (e.g. accommodation, meals), attractions (e.g. parks, theme parks, museums, guided tours), transport (e.g. car rental, train, transportation to the airport, bus tours, transfers), tours, travel insurance and other travel-related products or services. quickontrip offers these services / products to different users.
1. Scope and nature of our services
By using the quickontrip mobile application and services of our related (distribution) partners, we provide you with an informative application with which tourism service providers can advertise, market, promote and/or offer their services and products for ordering, purchasing, booking, renting as part of their business, and through which the relevant quickontrip users search for, discover various activities or trips. By using the travel service, you establish a contact with the travel service provider you will make a reservation or purchase a product with. quickontrip neither sells, rents nor offers any (travel) products or services.
As part of the quickontrip services, we publish information sent to us by providers of tourist products or services. Providers of tourist products or services that market and advertise their offer in the application have access to our systems, through which they are fully responsible for updating the information displayed in the quickontrip mobile application. We provide our services with care and diligence. However, we do not guarantee that all information is completely accurate, correct and complete. We are also not responsible for any errors – obvious and typographical errors, any interruption (due to any – temporary and/or partial – breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of the website, mobile application or for any other reason), inaccurate, misleading or false information or non-disclosure of information. Each provider of the services is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information published on our quickontrip application at all times. Our application is not and should not be considered as a recommendation or advertisement about the quality, level of service or price of a travel provider (or its services, location, vehicles or products) that it offers.
Our service is intended exclusively for personal and non-commercial use. Reselling, deep-linking, using, observing (e.g. spider, scrape), displaying, transmitting or reproducing any content or data, software, products or services on our website for any commercial or competitive purpose is not allowed.
2. Prices
The prices offered by providers of tourist products and services in the application are competitive. All prices are inclusive of VAT/sales tax and all other taxes (subject to change) and charges, unless otherwise stated in the application or email confirmation. The prices of the product/service are valid for the period of validity or until the expiration date specified in the order. In case of no-show or cancellation, the travel provider may charge applicable costs and taxes, including tourist tax. From time to time, discounted prices are posted on the app for a specific accommodation, product or service. These prices are set by the providers of tourist products and services and may be subject to specific restrictions and conditions, for example in relation to cancellation or refunds. Please check the details thoroughly and read the fine print before booking. Obvious errors and inaccuracies (including spelling) are not binding. All special offers and promotions are clearly marked. If they are not marked, you cannot claim any rights due to errors in case of obvious mistakes.

4. Free for users, only providers of tourist products and services pay
Unless otherwise specified, our service is free to users, as unlike other providers, we do not charge for services. Subscribers – travel providers pay for advertising space on the quickontrip app. All providers have the same advertising options available (presentation, photos, contact details and related information).
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise specified, all software required for our services, available or in use on our website and application, with all intellectual property rights (including copyright) in the content, information and materials on the website and in the application are owned by quickontrip, its suppliers or providers of tourist products and services.
quickontrip exclusively retains ownership of all rights, titles and interests in the application on which the service is provided and you have no right to copy, create (hyper/deep) link, publish, promote, market, integrate, use, combine or use the content or our brand in any other way without our written permission. If you – in whole or in part – use or combine our content or otherwise own any intellectual property of the application or any content, you shall transfer or assign all such intellectual property rights to quickontrip. Any illegal use or any of the aforementioned actions or conduct constitute a material infringement of our intellectual property rights, including copyright and database rights.
6. Miscellaneous
To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions and the fee for our services will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the Slovenian law. All disputes arising from the aforementioned general terms and conditions of our services are dealt with exclusively by the competent courts in Slovenia.
Privacy policy and protection of personal data
The company Pušnik M, d. o. o., as the operator of the website www.quickontrip.com, is committed to protecting and safeguarding your personal data. We handle your data carefully and securely and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Republic of Slovenia in the field of personal data protection, especially in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Data processing is carried out only by authorized persons and our carefully selected contractors who all have the authorizations to carry out technical work. The privacy and protection of personal data policy regulates the collection and processing of personal data obtained by the company Pušnik M, d. o. o. when accessing the website www.quickontrip.com and application quickontrip. The processing is carried out on the basis of one of the legal bases.

Personal data is all data that defines an individual’s identity, e.g. first and last name, address, e-mail address, etc. We do not obtain your personal data without your voluntary consent and data transfer (entering data in the forms provided for the purpose of registering on the portal www.quickontrip.com, ordering paid services of the portal, signing up to receive e-news, providing support in accessing the contents of www.quickontrip.com, fulfilling legal obligations, etc.). We can also obtain your data from a contractual processor if you provide it through the use of their service, for example data on a payment receipt, social network data, if you connect your profile to a social network profile, etc. By submitting your personal data, you agree to its processing to the extent and for the purpose for which you submitted your personal data. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are downloaded to the user’s hard drive and enable the user to be recognized on the next visit. Retention period
We store your personal data in accordance with the prescribed retention periods or until the purpose for which they were obtained is fulfilled. We keep personal data obtained on the basis of your consent until cancellation, unless a different deadline is provided for in the given consent or no other deadline is specified by law; a longer retention period is prescribed for financial transactions, invoices, etc. Certain categories of data are kept longer for the purpose of fraud prevention, claims enforcement or other legitimate interests. Deletion of data is possible based on the user’s request sent to the address or email address of the personal data controller.
The rights of individuals
Individuals or users of the www.quickontrip.com portal and the quickontrip application enter and provide their personal data themselves. In order to ensure the accuracy and up-to-datedness of your personal data, please notify us immediately of any change at info@quickontrip.com.
You can revoke the given consent in whole or in part at any time.
